Every year we get phone calls from people saying they have honey bees moving in to their house, shed or other building. As in most situations the honey bees can’t stay for certain reasons and we then call out to see if we can rehome the colony in to one of our log hives.
We would like to prevent these scenarios from happening and for this we need your help. Maybe on your travels you might have seen a honey bee colony in a tree or an abandoned house, shed etc. If you could let us know where these colonies are we could prevent the swarms, that come of these colonies, taking up residence in your building and other structures which at some point will incur a cost to remove them.
